How do I place an order?
We have several ways available to place an order on our website.
We invite you to access the products presented on the site to choose what you like. You will notice that you need to select the right size for you and add the product to your shopping cart. You can always consult the Size Guide directly on the page of the desired product.
1. By direct order on the site.
- Discover and choose the right product, select the size and click on the right button “add to cart”.
- In “My Cart” you can see all the products you want to order. When you have finished shopping, you must click on the “Complete order” button.
- Specify the delivery and billing dates and choose the payment method. Don’t forget to check the completed data at the end and click on the Place Order button. You will immediately receive an email confirming the placed order, and you will be contacted within 24 hours by us with the final confirmation and details of any questions.
2. By phone. We are waiting for you every day from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. to the telephone number +40741-352-140, to place an order or for any other question.
Do I need a customer account to place an order?
To place an order on wear-natural.com it is not mandatory to register a customer account, but keep in mind that this may exclude you from any discounts that we prepare only for those with a customer account.
How do I cancel an order?
An order can be canceled by sending an email to: email@example.com – specifying the number of the placed order, through the contact form – click here or by phone, at the number: +40741-352-140 in maximum 12 hours from placing the order . If the order has already been shipped, the request to cancel the order enters according to our terms and conditions in the order return section.
How do I track a placed order?
Registered customers can track orders placed directly in the customer account using the unique order number received when placing it.
